If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour advance notice. This is a courtesy to our staff members, and allows us to better accommodate the needs of other clients. 100% of your scheduled service fee may be charged with less than 24 hours notice.

For our new clients, a credit card number may be required to hold your reservation for your initial session. Your credit card will not be charged until the time of service.

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

Zen Muscular Therapy operates strictly as a therapeutic wellness center. Inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session with FULL payment due. Such incidences will be reported to the proper authorities.

Your personal health history and session notes are kept confidentially in your file, and will not be shared with others unless requested by you. Copies of your file will be provided upon written request. Additionally, your email and home address are used for the purpose of notification concerning policy changes, updates and special offers.
