Sheila Scheick, M.Ed, NCTMB, LMT
Sheila Scheick is a licensed and Nationally Certified muscular therapist and the founder of Zen Muscular Therapy & Wellness Center. She holds a certificate in Advanced Massage Therapy from the Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork. She is also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Sheila specializes in providing pain relief for sciatic problems and other back pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and neck and shoulder injuries. Her methods of bodywork include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, and Prenatal Massage. Since becoming a muscular therapist, it has been Sheila’s mission to help people achieve a balance of mind, body and soul by providing clients with pain relief, relaxation, education, and overall well-being.
Keri DeFrancesco, LMT
Keri DeFrancesco is a licensed Muscular Therapist. She is a graduate of the Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork where she holds a certificate in Advanced Massage Therapy. She is also a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Her methods of bodywork include Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Myofascial Sport Bodywork. Upon graduation Keri continued her education and has earned a certificate in Advanced Myofascial Sport Bodywork through the CORE Institute; School of Massage Therapy and Structural Bodywork. She specializes in preparing athletes for competitions as well as pre and post sporting events. It is Keri’s goal to educate her clients in the importance as well as the benefits of therapeutic massage.
Kate Mabe, LMT
Kate Mabe is a licensed massage therapist and professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She holds a certificate in complementary care from Berkshire Community College as well as certificates as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master and in Positional Release Therapy. Her methods of bodywork include Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Positional Release, Reiki, and Chair Massage. Kate specializes in bodywork that balances the physiologic and energetic needs of her clients. She received a B.A. from Bennington College in 2001 and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
Juliana Pires, LMT
Juliana Pires is a licensed massage therapist and a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She holds a certificate from the Palmer Institute of Massage & Bodywork in Advanced Massage Therapy. Her methods of bodywork include Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, and Chair Massage. It is Juliana's goal to help the client accomplish balance through stress reduction as well as over-all pain relief.
Terri Green, M.Ed, LMT
Terri Green is a licensed massage therapist and a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She holds a certificate in Advanced Massage Therapy from Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork. Her methods of treatment include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Hot Stone Massage, and Day Spa Treatments. She also holds a Master's Degree in Education from Cambridge College. Her goal is to help her clients feel relief from pain and stress and enhance the quality of their lives.
