Prenatal Massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork that is geared to meet the unique needs of the pregnant woman. By helping to promote better function of muscles and joints, prenatal massage can help to relieve sciatic nerve pain, improve circulation and overall body tone, decrease mental and physical fatigue as well as multiple other conditions experienced during pregnancy. Mutually beneficial, regular prenatal massage therapy can help mothers become more relaxed thus allowing the new life inside to be nourished. Prenatal massage is usually begun during the 2nd and/or third trimesters of pregnancy. While lying on her side, a pregnant woman can be massaged on her side and/or in a semi-reclining position with the use of specially placed pillows. With low lighting and soft music, prenatal massage is performed via gentle massage strokes over the back and entire body.

This is an ancient eastern form of healing that is often referred to as "lazy man's yoga" because of its similarities to the practice of yoga. It is practiced on the floor wearing loose fitting clothing to allow for optimal mobility. The practitioner uses both hands and feet to guide the client's body into different stretches, always remaining within the client’s comfort level. The practitioner then applies pressure along different points on the muscles to help decrease tension and increase flexibility. Thai massage is beneficial for a variety of clients ranging from athletes who are looking to increase their flexibility and decrease the tension in their muscles, to clients who suffer from chronic stiffness and limited mobility. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the related areas of the body. Although Reflexology does not diagnose or treat specific ailments by definition, it has proven highly successful over time to relieve symptoms or ease pain or discomfort that have manifested themselves physically in the body - either as a result of stress, trauma or disease.
